Our first community meeting
We had a shindig at the house and invited community members to come learn about our crazy idea. There was good food and great conversation about how this could all work. Thanks to everyone who came. Spring 2026: Getting the project off the ground
We’ve been busy scoping what it will take to buy the Fishbowl: modeling the finances, talking with partners about how to make a community purchase work, and laying the groundwork for our nonprofit and bylaws. There’s a lot still ahead, but the idea is real and it’s moving. More soon.
